What is YUNESSUN?
YUNESSUN is a hot spring theme park located in the famous sight-seeing area Hakone in Kanagawa Prefecture. There are unique baths such as the Coffee Bath, made from real coffee beans, and the Wine Bath. Also, at the collection of Japanese style open air baths in Mori no Yu, you can take your time and enjoy the hot springs. There is an official hotel nearby as well so if you get worn-out from enjoying yourself you can quick return to your room. There are four official hotels nearby~
YUNESSUN Area
Coffee Bath
This bath is made of low heat Nel Drip style brewed coffee said to have recharging, relaxing, skin beautifying effects. Please pass the time relaxing in the aroma of coffee.
Wine Bath
This Wine Bath has a brilliant grape color and rich aroma. Used as a rejuvenation bath, it is said that it was loved by the likes of Cleopatra and Queen Mary. It’s a bath that you can expect skin beautification effects as well.
Rodeo Mountain
An impressive water slide with swift currents. And because it uses warm water, even in winter you can enjoy it. It’s a popular attraction that has been featured on TV and in magazines.
Open-air Scenic Bath
An open air bath that is 40 meters long so even when it is busy you can relax while looking at the Hakone mountains. In Autumn, the bath has a superb view of the autumn colors covering the mountains and in Winter the mountains are wrapped in steam.
Mori no Yu Area
Open-air Bath
An open-air bath with a view of Hakone’s outer crater. You can enjoy a sense of space inspired by Japanese style gardens. With baths appealing to women and men, laying baths, jacuzzi and a gezebo you can enjoy moving from bath to bath. The scenery from this open-air bath is picturesque.
Indoor Bath
An indoor bath with a large window making you feel like you are outside. It’s an indoor bath so there are no affects from the weather.You can enjoy hot springs on rainy or snowy days.
Ceramic Bath
The Ceramic Bath uses Japanese traditional ‘Shigaraki ware’ pottery. Here, multiple people can enter with you. At night, you can relax looking at Hakone’s clear starry sky.
Private Bath
Private Baths for family or friends who don’t want any worries. Indoor style bath, half size open air bath can be reserved for private use. The cost for 1 room for 1 hours is 5000 yen.
