Hakone Pax Yoshino is a Japanese hotel located in the Hakone Yumoto hotspring area inside Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. Our guests are welcomed with a banquet dinner featuring fresh ingredients and a warm hotspring bath.
Our hot springs resort is nestled on the riverbank with the soft murmuring of flowing water in the background. Recently renovated, our doors re-opened in December 2013 under the new concept of “dreamy, relaxed and stable.” Our spa area is located on the top floor and offers three characteristically different private baths. The spacious outdoor bath and large communal bath overlook the Sukumogawa River, and the private semi-outdoor cypress baths in each room, are filled with soft, hot spring water to relax and warm our guests.
Dishes served in the dining area are hot from the connecting kitchen. Enjoy Japanese banquet dishes made from Hakone Seiroku vegetables and the abundance found in Sagami Bay.

Hotspa
All baths in room use hotspring water.The semi open-air bath uses an artistic Japanese cypress bath tub. The big public bath and chartered private hotspring are located on the top floor. Enjoy the hotspring in an open environment with mountains and river in front of you. The chartered private hotspring requires a reservation at check-in. Reservations are not accepted in advance via phone or e-mail.
Cuisine
Guests enjoy a Japanese banquet comprised of fresh fish from the Pacific Ocean and vegetables from the west face of Hakone Mountain.
Dinner is held in the dining room and is a Japanese banquet.
*Dinner reservations are required in advance.(Making reservations in advance is recommended because all of the tables may become occupied. Children also must be included in the reservation.)
